Choose this command from the Help menu.
The License Manager tool shows an overview about the OCAD licenses which are assigned to your organization (club, company or association).
Used License
- License no.: The currently activate license.
- Assigned to organization: Shows to which organization (if any) your license is assigned. The allocation was done manually by OCAD Inc. If a license has been misallocated then report it to support@ocad.com.
- Add Additional Team Licenses: If you have multiple Team licenses, you can paste the complete text with the license data of all Team licenses from your order email here. When you start OCAD next time and it is not activated, you will see all available licenses in a list and can choose one to activate. Please see also the page OCAD as Cloudable App to learn how to install OCAD on clouds like Dropbox or OneDrive.
- Deactivate this license automatically when closing OCAD: If this option is set, the license will be deactivated on your computer and released for a new user as soon as you close OCAD. - Name: License Name
- Subscription end date: End date for OCAD subscription licenses. Earlier versions (OCAD 12 and earlier) are life-time licenses and have no subscription end date.
- License Type: Single User Licese or Team License
- Last activated by: See the user, who activated OCAD the last time. Numbers in brackets indicate how many time the license has been activated.
- Info button: Click on the Info button to see all activation from the selected license.
- Status 1 means license is activated
- Status 2 means license is deactivated by user
- Status 3 means license is deactivated by OCAD AG
How to transfer a license?
For OCAD Subscription and OCAD 12 users it can easily be done in the License Transfer Utility in the OCAD Help menu. Alternatively, use the Transfer form on the webpage, e.g. if you no longer have access to OCAD.
To transfer an OCAD 11 or OCAD 10 license, please fill in the transfer form for OCAD 10 Professional, OCAD 10 Standard or OCAD 10 CS or OCAD 11 (all Editions).
