Copy Objects
Define a Shortcut in the Options menu to copy objects in OCAD in WKT format.
Paste Objects
When you have copied objects in WKT format, choose Paste (Ctrl + V) from the Object menu to copy the object(s) in the clipboard to the current map.
Note: Line and area objects drawn with Bézier curves will be converted to polylines.
Example
It is possible to copy/paste objects forth and back between two maps. A Coordinate System needs to be set in both maps, but not necessarily the same one. Also, the map scales can be different.
In our example, objects are copied between a Sprint Map (Scale 1:4'000) and a Forest Map (Scale 1:10'000) of the same area.
