Press the <em>Shift<\/em> key while you are clicking on <strong>Map<\/strong> -&gt; <strong>Load Colors and the Symbols from\u2026<\/strong>. Choose the <strong>Orienteering Map ISMTBOM2010<\/strong>\u00a0in the same scale as your orienteering map is.<\/p>\n<p>The dialog <strong>Load Colors and Symbols From <\/strong>appears:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ocad.com\/blog\/2016\/10\/convert-orienteering-map-to-mtbo-map\/attachment\/1\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-371\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-371 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ocad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/1.png\" alt=\"1\" width=\"397\" height=\"222\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ocad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/1.png 397w, https:\/\/ocad.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/1-300x168.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 397px) 100vw, 397px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Press the <em>Shift<\/em> key and click on the <strong>Load<\/strong> button. These objects have to been assigned. To check if you have objects with unknown symbols click on <strong>Select<\/strong> -&gt; <strong>Select Objects by Symbols<\/strong> -&gt;<strong> Objects with Unknown Symbol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Clean up the map from unused objects (e.g. slope lines of\u00a0form lines) and check the classification\u00a0of the path and track network in the terrain.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The current OCAD 12 Service Update contains an interesting new feature for MTBO maps.
