To draw objects in OCAD, a drawing mode must be selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Probably the two most commonly used are the Curve mode<\/em> (e.g. to draw contour lines) or the Straight line mode<\/em> (e.g. for buildings).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The simplest way to draw objects in OCAD is to mix these two drawing modes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, the following settings must be made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Activate Right click toggel between drawing and editing tools<\/a> in the OCAD Preferences > User Interface<\/strong> categorie.

  2. Activate the option Curve mode: Change to straight line mode when clicking in drawing area<\/a> in the OCAD Preferences<\/strong> -> Drawing and Editing<\/strong> categorie.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
